Volunteer Form

Forms can only be submitted from June 1st until July 17th.

Instructions: Please arrive to Kinsmen Park at noon and report to the info booth (in the central garden). You will be given a volunteer shirt and be directed to the complimentary pizza lunch. At 12:30, you will meet with your committee leader and Kidzfest will begin at 1pm!
